Hanoi adjusts the investment policy for a more than VND 25 trillion urban development project

Accordingly, the project is located in Vinh Thanh commune, Dong Anh district, within the Hanoi Capital's Ring Road 3, covering an area of ​​over 42 hectares and with a total investment of over 25,000 billion VND. According to the planning orientation, the urban area will be developed according to the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model – an urban area integrated with a public transportation system, in line with Hanoi's long-term urban development orientation for the next 100 years.

The urban area is comprehensively developed with a system of housing, commercial and service facilities, offices, schools, healthcare, parks, and modern socio-technical infrastructure, expected to meet the living and working needs of approximately 18,000 residents in the future.

One of the project's highlights is its ecological space, featuring over 10 hectares of greenery, parks, and water bodies, including a 7.2-hectare regulating lake, contributing to the creation of a green, modern, and sustainable living environment.

The project is expected to be implemented during the period from Q1/2026 to Q4/2030.

The approval of the investment policy adjustment further affirms Hateco's capabilities, reputation, and strategic vision in developing high-quality urban areas, while contributing to the urban development process of the northern area of ​​Hanoi.
